PRODUCT DETAILS

Introduction

Vacuum hot press sintering furnaces are mainly used by colleges universities and scientific research institutions to conduct hot press sintering under high temperature and vacuum conditions for inorganic materials, cemented carbide, functional ceramics, powder metallurgy, etc., and to test the sintering performance of samples. It can increase the density of the material and can also be hot-pressed and sintered under inflation protection.

Features

  • Depending on the hot pressing temperature and vacuum degree, different heating elements can be used. Resistance wire module heating can be used below 1200 degrees; graphite heating elements can be used above 1200 degrees.
  • The pressure range below 5 tons can be set and adjusted arbitrarily and can be used for sintering or hot-pressing testing of small samples to avoid waste of resources.
  • The distance measurement uses a grating ruler to measure distance with high accuracy. The accuracy can reach 0.02mm.
  • PLC + touch screen: temperature control + voltage regulator + high current transformer closed-loop control, automatic temperature tracking, all actions are completed by PLC, the touch screen combines with PLC to complete all operating actions and monitor various operating conditions, temperature, and vacuum of the furnace in real-time. The displacement data can be displayed and recorded in real-time and can be downloaded, and the data curve can be viewed in real time.
  • A tungsten-rhenium thermocouple is used at low temperatures, and an infrared thermometer is used at high temperatures. Tungsten-rhenium thermocouple automatically exits at high temperatures.
