    • Tungsten Wire chamber:1900℃-2200℃,ultra-high temperature, clean and pollution-free.
    • Ceramic Fiber chambers:1200℃-1800℃, high cost performance, good temperature field uniformity, lightweight.
    • Molybdenum Foil chambers:1450℃,high temperature resistance, good for vacuum applications, will not pollute materials.

    The sizes of the working area of ​​the vacuum furnace are as follows:

    • Min heating area (W*H*D):30*30*30mm
    • Max heating area (W*H*D):1800*1800*3000mm
    • Custom sizes are available upon request.

    Brother Furnace’s ultimate vacuum level reaches 7*10^-3 Pa.The uniformity of the vacuum furnace is within ±5℃.

    The vacuum pump is equipped with mechanical pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, and Roots pumps. (Specific brands of vacuum pumps can be purchased according to customer requirements)

    The vacuum furnace can also be filled with protective gas (nitrogen or argon) for special processing materials.
