Introduction

The SPS discharge plasma hot press furnace is a discharge plasma sintering furnace with a maximum temperature of 2300°C. It can be used for material annealing, material hot pressing bonding, surface treatment, and synthesis, etc. The processed samples can be metals, ceramics, nanomaterials, amorphous materials, etc. This equipment is particularly suitable for the study of solid electrolytes and thermoelectric materials.

Features

  • The cavity space is large and easy to operate.

  • There are thermocouples on the upper and lower pressure heads to detect the temperature. If there is any abnormality, the user will immediately observe it and shut down the equipment to protect the equipment from damage.
  • It adopts touch screen + PLC control mode, with a high degree of automation, intuitive operation, and powerful functions. The process can be pre-stored on the touch screen, edited once, and can be directly called later. The sintering temperature, vacuum degree, and other data can be recorded in real-time, queried, and exported for download.
  • The infrared thermometer measures the temperature from the top of the furnace, which is more accurate than measuring the temperature from the side.
  • The water system is equipped with water temperature detection and water pressure monitoring. If there is any abnormality, it will alarm and automatically cut off the heating.
  • An explosion-proof system is installed. When the pressure in the cavity exceeds the set pressure, it will alarm and cut off the heating.
  • It has over-temperature, over-voltage, over-current, under-voltage, burnout protection and display, etc.
