Introduction of Nitrogen Atmosphere Furnace
The nitrogen atmosphere furnace from Brother Furnace is designed for heat treatment processes in an inert atmosphere, using nitrogen as a protective gas. This type of furnace is widely used to prevent oxidation, contamination, and undesirable chemical reactions during high-temperature treatment. It is mainly employed in universities and research institutions for heating materials in laboratories, with a maximum operating temperature of 1700°C.
Features of Nitrogen Atmosphere Furnace
Temperature range: RT to 1700°C.
Furnace chamber: Made from high-purity alumina polycrystalline fiber, ensuring uniform temperature distribution and contamination-free operation.
Fully sealed structure: The furnace chamber is enclosed, and the shell is made of double-thickened steel plates, providing a vacuum capability of up to -0.1MPa.
Reinforced design: The top, left, right, and rear sides of the furnace are reinforced with 12mm solid square steel bars, preventing deformation during vacuum operations. The maximum vacuum level can reach -0.08MPa.
Precise temperature control: Equipped with a 0.2-class industrial precision intelligent controller with PID regulation and 50-segment programming for accurate temperature control.
Excellent door sealing: The furnace door is tightly secured with four handwheels and sealed with silicone rings, ensuring a reliable seal.
Temperature Options:1200°C / 1400°C / 1700°C
Furnace Chamber Dimensions: Standard sizes are available, with custom sizes.
