Introduction

The vacuum induction melting furnace adopts the principle of medium frequency induction heating and is equipped with a high vacuum unit to achieve the melting of metal in a high vacuum state. It is currently widely used in the research and production of nickel-based and special steels, precision alloys, active metals, high-temperature alloys, and magnetic materials. It can also be used for vacuum precision casting of small parts.

Features

  • Using IGBT or KGPS medium frequency power supply, the maximum temperature is 2300℃.
  • Mechanical pump + Roots pump + diffusion pump vacuum unit, the ultimate vacuum degree can reach 6x10-3pa.
  • Comes with gold feeder as standard. By turning the hand wheel of the feeder, the molten metal in the crucible can be sequentially added.
  • Optional secondary feeding system allows continuous feeding in vacuum environment.
  • The human-machine interface adopts a high-definition touch screen and has a built-in operating system developed by our company.
  • The furnace cover is equipped with an observation window to facilitate observation of the working conditions in the furnace. The glass observation window is usually covered with a shield to avoid contamination by metal vapor deposits.
  • The inductor for melting metal is located inside the furnace shell. The sensor is wound by a rectangular copper tube, and the sensor is fixed on the electrode by two connectors, so it is easy to assemble and disassemble.
  • A pre-sintered shaped crucible can be placed inside the inductor, or a crucible can be pounded on the inner wall of the inductor. The refractory material used to make the crucible is related to the type of metal being smelted.
