Introduction of Horizontal Tube Furnace
Brother Furnace tube furnace uses high-purity quartz tubes or high-purity alumina tubes as furnace tubes, with an operating temperature range of 300°C to 1600 °C.
Customers can choose according to their actual needs. This series of equipment has the characteristics of safety and reliability, simple operation, high-temperature control accuracy, good heat preservation effect, high furnace temperature uniformity, and can be used for vacuuming through the atmosphere. It is widely used in colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises to conduct high-temperature sintering metal material processing experiments, quality testing small batch production, etc.
Features of Horizontal Tube Furnace
● Maximum temperature: 1200 ℃ (HRE resistance wire heating)
● 1400 ℃ (silicon carbon rod heating)
● 1600 ℃ (silicon molybdenum rod heating)
● Intelligent 30-segment programmable automatic control
● Furnace shell structure, double-layer air-cooling structure; surface temperature is lower than 50 ℃
● 304 stainless steel double-layer sealing flange
● Adjustable flange support structures at both ends extend the service life of the furnace tube
● Over-temperature protection function, automatically cuts off power when the temperature exceeds the allowed set value
● Safety protection: automatic power off when the furnace body leaks electricity
● Heating rate ≦20 ℃ / minute
● Constant temperature accuracy ±1 ℃
● Maximum vacuum degree-0.1MPa
● Equipped with a molecular pump unit, the vacuum degree can reach 7x10 -4 Pa
