Introduction
This furnace is used for the debinding and pre-sintering integrated process of 3D printing of alumina, zirconia, magnesia, and other ceramics, and can achieve hot air circulation auxiliary heating at low temperatures below 650°C, and five-sided thermal radiation heating at high temperatures above 650°C, with low temperature and good performance in high-temperature field uniformity.
Features
- It has the functions of debinding and pre-sintering and can operate at low temperatures below 650°C and high temperatures between 650°C and 1100°C, with good temperature field uniformity in the furnace.
- Set up a preheating system for hot air circulation to coordinate with five-sided heating radiation in the furnace.
- The air intake system in the furnace adopts a porous ceramic preheating method, and the wind speed is accurately adjustable. Five-sided resistance wire heating in the furnace ensures high-temperature field uniformity.
- The debinding furnace is equipped with a ceramic air duct, which can ensure the air intake of multiple material layers and make full use of fresh hot air to take away greasy gases.
- It is equipped with VOC tail gas cracking equipment, with a cracking temperature of 900°C. It can decrease samples with regular loading to achieve complete gas cracking and zero pollution.
- The airflow parameters during the debinding stage can be adjusted according to customer needs to meet the processing of different debinding amounts.
- It has a quick cooling function, and the cooling rate can be adjusted according to different proportions of air volume to achieve an effective cooling rate and protect the product from the risk of cooling too quickly.

- Mullite multi-layered stove top.
- Waste gas pyrolysis package. If the exhaust gas is highly irritating and spreads indoors, it will cause discomfort to the operator. A pyrolysis package can be added to perform pyrolysis of irritating organic matter.
