The controlled atmosphere muffle furnaces provided by Brother Furnace can be evacuated or filled with inert gases such as nitrogen or argon to ensure that the atmosphere during heat treatment is non-oxidizing.

This design can effectively prevent oxidation and deterioration of the material surface, thereby improving the quality and service life of the processed materials. High-Temperature Capability: The furnace can precisely control temperatures ranging from room temperature to 1700℃, making it suitable for various high-temperature heat treatment processes.

Superior Furnace Chamber Material: The chamber is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber, offering excellent temperature uniformity and being free from contamination, ensuring the quality of workpieces and process outcomes.

Fully Sealed Structure: The furnace chamber features a fully sealed design with a double-layer reinforced steel shell, achieving an ultimate vacuum of up to -0.1 MPa, effectively preventing any atmosphere leakage during the process.

Robust Structural Design: The top, left, right, and rear sides are reinforced with 12mm solid square steel bars, ensuring the chamber remains deformation-free during vacuum operations, with a maximum vacuum level of -0.08 MPa.

High-Precision Temperature Control System: Equipped with an industrial-grade 0.2 precision intelligent temperature controller, featuring PID adjustment and 50-segment programming, the system allows for precise temperature control and multi-step process programming.

Excellent Sealing Performance: The furnace door is secured with four handwheel locks and sealed with a silicone ring, ensuring stable atmosphere control within the chamber and safe operation.
